About Me

 Greetings! 

My name is Julia and I am new to the technology information world. I plan to document and provide information as I learn and utilize it myself. Despite my lack of experience with coding and programming myself, the minimal exposure I have had within my own workplace has impressed me. It is awe-inspiring to see how far technology has come in the modern-day compared to almost a century ago. This and much more is my reason for pursuing these courses.

   I am currently expanding my knowledge within the Business Support side of a Credit Union I work for and am also working hands-on with our BOTs. We are training these BOTs to do a job that was previously my own, the Senior Loan Processing Assistant role. We are currently automating a majority of the job roles within this position but our BOTs are still in need of constant supervision. This supervision is performed by myself and one of my coworkers. This small exposure to how coding can truly affect how a BOT functions naturally put into perspective how it is not as easy as it may seem from the outside. 

As I traverse my current college courses, my knowledge only expands in its use within my career. My own intrigue in this subject is what has allowed me to pursue a degree in Computer Software Technology. It is never too late to discover a new passion and I happen to be in a lucky enough position to do so.
